	This suite is located in the centre of the Saanich Peninsula near Victoria, on beautiful Vancouver Island, BC
	Surrounded by 12 acres of woodlands, streams, meadows
	Farm animals including sheep, chickens, ducks, geese, peacocks and emus
	Established gardens, fountains, vineyards
	1000 square foot, 1 bedroom apartment, nicely separated from the main residence
	5 minutes to the Victoria International Airport
	10 minutes to the BC ferry terminal and Sidney by the Sea
	20 minutes to downtown Victoria

	Bedroom & Bath
	- The master bedroom is large and beautifully furnished with a queen-sized bed and quality linens
	- The room has two large windows overlooking the grounds and a large closet as well as a desk, a dresser, two bedside tables and two lamps
	- The well-stocked bathroom is nearby and it has both a tub and a shower

	Sitting Room
	- The sitting room features matching love seats, one of which makes up into an extra bed. A screen gives this flexible sleeping area some privacy
	- The TV and DVD player are hidden away in an entertainment centre for a tidy, no-fuss look
	- A large window overlooks the grounds
	- There is a private entrance and an entrance through the breezeway that is shared with the main residence.
	- Two sets of stairs lead to the grounds
	- There is a small foyer at the top of the stairs and a small study area with internet connection

	Kitchen & Dining Area
	- A completely remodeled kitchen includes a full-sized fridge, a stove , a dishwasher. The kitchen has dishes, glassware, and cutlery for four as well as all the pots and pans you would need to prepare your own gourmet meals with local produce and farm-fresh eggs
	- An island with stools provides the perfect spot for morning coffee although there is a dining table and four chairs for more formal eating

	There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room
	A display hutch offers whimsical pieces of china that echo the farm setting of the House
	A private balcony looking over the vineyard towards the ocean is the perfect retreat at the end of a busy day sightseeing in Sidney By the Sea or Victoria
