This 30 condominium private resort is family friendly, located on the west shore of Shawnigan Lake; approximately 40 minutes from Victoria. Amenities include: 6.2 private, treed acres + indoor pool and sauna + tennis court + basketball hoop + volleyball net + playground area for young children + 4 hole, par 3, golf course + private sandy beach + swimming float + moorage for your boat and personal water craft + onsite boat ramp and trailer parking + two personal parking spaces, and live-in, on-site grounds-keepers. Each condo unit is individually owned, and includes the following: four piece bath, one or two bedrooms (with all linen), completely equipped kitchen with dining area, full-size fridge, stove and dishwasher, comfortable living room, in-unit telephone (in most units), washer/dryer, entertainment centre (color TV with VCR and/or DVD, CD etc.), and furnished balcony (including BBQ) overlooking the lake.
