22 acre private island with 2006 main residence located in Becher Bay just minutes from Victoria. The island is situated between 2 marinas, accessed by boat 5 minutes from shore or by float plane. On site caretaker is available. The island has sandy beaches and protected coves and is home to eagles, seals, otters, deer, mink and fantastic sea life. Dig for clams, mussels, oysters on the beach or catch fresh shrimp or dungeness crab from the dock. The island has over 5,000 feet of shoreline with wonderful views of the Olympic mountains 15 miles across the Juan de Fuca Strait. Fishing for salmon and halibut is year around with a 27' Grady White available for charter by island guests.
